If, for any reason, you're not satisfied with your purchase of jewellery* you may return it for a refund or exchange. Please ensure the item is in its original condition and packaging. Custom-sized or bespoke pieces cannot be returned.

* Jewellery that is made to size cannot be returned.

*Earrings cannot be returned.

Workshops – Bookings, Cancellations & Transfers

We understand that plans can change, and we always aim to be as fair and transparent as possible. As a small business with limited workshop spaces, the following policy is in place to ensure sustainability and fairness to all customers.

Booking

All workshop bookings are confirmed upon payment. Your place is reserved specifically for you.

Cancellations & Refunds

More than 7 days before your workshop
You may:

Transfer your booking to another date (dependent on availability), or

Receive a 50% refund

Between 7 days and 72 hours before your workshop

A 50% refund is offered

Transfers are not available within this period

Less than 72 hours before your workshop

A 25% refund is offered

Less than 48 hours before your workshop or non-attendance

No transfers are possible

I will make a personalised ring like you would have made in the workshop.

Important Information

Full refunds are not offered under any circumstances, as workshop spaces are reserved in advance and are often unable to be re-filled at short notice.

All cancellation timeframes are calculated from the scheduled start time of your workshop.

Transfer requests are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.

In rare cases, exceptions may be made at our discretion, but this is not guaranteed.
