Make a ring workshops offer a space to simply have a go.
When attending a workshop with Love Cut Silver jewellery you are not expected to leave the session as a master silversmith. Instead, participants leave with a sense of achievement, having crafted their very own 925 sterling silver ring from scratch.
My own journey into jewellery making began four years ago, during my second year studying English Literature. I spent hours combing through online tutorials to learn the basics of creating a sterling silver ring. My love for jewellery, fascination with tools, and the realisation that academia wasn't exciting me led me to explore this new pratice. Before that, I had no formal background in art—beyond the required school classes—and had never imagined stepping into the world of creative craftsmanship.
Love Cut Silver Ring Making Classes are designed as an entry point to metalwork and low impact art. I have honed the process which I learned four years ago and will use this to guide you through the process of making a personalised 925 sterling silver ring. These workshops are perfect for beginners or anyone looking to explore a hands-on, creative activity. Using recycled materials and eco-friendly practices, I emphasise low-impact, sustainable jewellery making.
In a relaxed, intimate environment, I encourage questions and make sure every participant feels confident and proud of their creation. By the end of the session, you'll leave not only with a beautiful, personalised silver ring but also with the satisfaction of having made something truly special with your own hands.
